Big Ideas, Real Impact.
Every event that Jeremy speaks at, he’s sure to speak with purpose and passion. It’s something that every member in the audience can feel.
The Best Version of You for Your Students
You’ve been giving so much of yourself. Showing up for students. Solving problems. Carrying pressure. But what if the next level of your impact actually starts with giving yourself permission to breathe? Teaching is more than lesson plans and content. It’s heart work. And the world doesn’t need a burned-out, exhausted version of you. Your students deserve the healed, rested, recharged, and restored version of the educator who shows up every day with purpose.
Choosing Greatness by Showing Character
I want you to pause for a moment and think about who you are becoming. Greatness isn’t about how many people know your name. It’s about the character you carry when nobody is watching. You have the power to make someone feel seen, valued, and encouraged today. Choose kindness. Choose integrity. Choose to stand up for others. Someone around you may be hurting, and you have the ability to make their day better. I believe greatness is already inside of you.
Showing Up Whole: A Reminder for Every Educator
Teaching is one of the most powerful callings, but it is also one of the most demanding. Every day, educators show up carrying lesson plans, student needs, and their own life experiences, all while pouring into others with heart and dedication. This message is a reminder to prioritize your peace, protect your mind, and care for your heart. When you show up whole, your impact multiplies. Take a moment to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with your purpose. You deserve it.
You Are Not a Mistake
Some of you have been walking around feeling like you are not enough. Let me tell you something right now. That is a lie. You were perfect just as you are. Next level living is not about showing off what you have done. It is about the impact you make. When you humble yourself, lean on community, stay disciplined, make sacrifices, and put in the work every single day, everything starts to change. Stop giving 72 percent. Stop giving 95 percent. Show up and give 100 percent, because somebody on the other side of your destiny is waiting on you.
Protect Your Peace and Teach with Purpose
Teaching is powerful work, and so are you. This message is a reminder for educators to protect their peace, reconnect with their purpose, and show up whole for the students who need them most. If you’ve been feeling tired, stretched thin, or unseen, let this be your moment to pause, breathe, and remember why you started. Your impact reaches far beyond the classroom, and taking care of yourself is not optional, it’s essential.
Encouragement for the Classroom: Two Videos You Don’t Want to Miss!
This week, we’re sharing two powerful videos created especially for students and educators. One is designed to inspire students to stay focused, believe in themselves, and take ownership of their future. The other offers encouragement and insight for educators who pour into their classrooms every day. Take a few minutes to watch, reflect, and share. Our hope is that these messages spark meaningful conversations and leave you feeling encouraged as you head into the weekend.
The Power Of Your Words
Every single day, you speak words that shape futures, even when you do not realize it. In your classroom, your voice carries more weight than a lesson plan or a textbook. One sentence of belief can shift how a student sees themselves for years. One moment of encouragement can unlock confidence they did not know they had. You are not just teaching standards or content. You are teaching identity, resilience, and possibility. And the words you choose today may become the voice a student hears when life gets hard tomorrow.
my story
There was a time in my life when everything seemed stacked against me. I was diagnosed with ADHD, caught in years of drug and alcohol abuse, and raised by a mother who had me at just 16 years old. I struggled deeply in school and ended up attending three different schools during my ninth-grade year, repeating it more than once. From the outside, my story looked like one of failure. But what I’ve learned is this: your beginning does not get to decide your ending.
why teachers matter
For more than 15 years, I have had the privilege of serving in the educational space, working with teachers, administrators, and students all over the world. And over that time, I have noticed a clear difference between a regular teacher, a seasoned teacher, and a next-level teacher. A next-level teacher is not defined by years of service or titles on a door. A next-level teacher is someone who goes above and beyond for their students. Someone who teaches by faith and not by sight. Someone who sees potential before performance and purpose before problems..
